Donuts were a little dry. Services was very fast, especially with the amount of customers. Loved the decorations for Halloween.
We were scared to order simply because we were wary of the amount of caffeine and sugar they add to their products. We ordered two small iced lattes and they turned out to be fine! Quick service too
Yes, this is the viral Dunkin' all over TikTok! I can say it's definitely not Al, even though most people think it is. It's a very small store that's decorated really nice for October only. I'm assuming that because of its location in Salem, and of course, the decor is the reason why it gets so crowded. The line to get in gets extremely long. Luckily, when we arrived, the line wasn't bad, but within minutes, the line got so long. The line moves fairly quickly, so it isn't so bad. There were tons of people filming and taking pictures for content, so if you don't like to be filmed, this Dunkin in October isn't for you. All in all it's very clean and the donuts look freshly made. The customer service here is a plus. If you're looking for cups my suggestion is arrive early or go to another loc
They advertised the pins on the display wall but would not sell them to me. Definitely a BAIT AND SWITCH. One of the "Brand Ambassadors" stated the display was a "Corporate Display" and that the pins were not sold, but every thing else in the display was for sale. Very disappointing for a great experience to Salem to have another "Corporate" excuse! #SalemHalloween2025 #JustWow!
They were nice enough to let my dog go inside while I ordered on a busy October day.
