Dunkin'

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I am someone who frequently visits dunkin and I've never had so much trouble with one location. I always place my orders via mobile for the points so I do that today and make my way over there. I get to the speaker, say my name and they tell me to pull up. I get up to the windows, they hand me my drink and then go, "what else was on that order?" I then repeat my entire order, one of the items being the loaded hashbrowns with queso and bacon crumble. I finally get my order after sitting there for 10 minutes, open the hashbrowns and there's no bacon. I then go inside, have them remake it and its just a whole strip of bacon on them. I hate complaining about mediocre shit like this but their prices are already so high for them to be messing up

My experiences at this location seem to be the exception based on other reviews. Whether I go inside or order at the drive thru, my orders come out really good. There was only one time when the drive thru was slow but from what I observe anytime I go, I’m pretty sure this particular location is consistently understaffed and has only one or two employees working which stinks if you have several customers at a time.

Where to start… this was an experience. The matcha my friend ordered took over ten minutes the employee attempted 5 try’s without help.. take a look at photo below. I ordered extra cream cheese only to find barely any cream cheese and when I asked for more they put a spoonful in a coffee cup for me. Anyways maybe skip this dunks and drive the 5 mins the another one.

Honestly, this location is just bottom of the barrel with everything, from food to customer service skills. I walked in because they gave me a Luke warm "hot coffee". The old lady in front of the register had her entire head down in her phone scrolling. She would have not noticed my presence if I did not politely say excuse me. It happened to a guy that came in a few minutes after me also. Dont be surprised if this location shut their door one day. I have had it with getting this type of treatment from businesses thinking that paying customers are there to beg them for something. You got it all twisted, you have a JOB because we exist to buy your products. People with poor work ethic do not deserve a job.

First I want to start off they are understaffed they only had 3 people working I'm the morning. But I do want to say that these pictures show that they are not properly cleaning their ovens or toasters. Heat kills bacteria but I still don't really wanna eat charred pieces for breakfast. It will become a saftey concern as it keeps building up. This is also the second time it's happened to me. First time I thought oh well stuff happens but a second time it them not cleaning. Whoever runs or manages this dunkins is not double checking what's going on in their store. In a time where we are in a global pandemic cleanliness would be a priority.
