Dunkin' Donuts

Ordered a protein latte and SE&C. Paid for it all, then said they could make the protein latte. I got a regular latte that cost less money. I asked if I have now over paid. They pondered then said no definitely not. Keep in mind this was a 15+ minute drive through experience. At that point I didn’t care about money I just wanted to leave. Saw my food get made and sit on the counter for over 5 minutes while the attendant walked around. Then came back to check in with us, while my food was sitting there. Couple more minutes go by, she picks up the bag and asks us if this is what we ordered. I said yes and didn’t care at all what was coming out of that bag I just wanted to leave. Insane I almost find it funny.

The girls / ladies here are great. Always willing to help. They consoled me a few months ago when I found out DD has stopped making Butter Crunch Doughnuts. It was a sad day. Otherwise, always leave here happy. DD Corporate should revisit the decision that discontinued my favorite, along with many, many other people and bring it back. But for now it will only live in very tasty memories.

I specifically went out of my way to make sure this review was written somewhere relevant. It seems the DD at 145 Church st (connected to Sunoco, had reviews restricted and I cannot post there) This 5 STAR REVIEW is 100% for Tina from the Sunoco location. She was the only one that showed up to work in the snowstorm today. (18”+) She was the only Dunkin’ donuts open, and was extraordinary poised, calm, and took care of business methodically and accurately. I simply cannot get over her positive attitude when thrown into such a situation. Idk if she’s the manager, but people can be trained; and that employee has the right attitude and commitment that every employer wants. If she can drive a fork truck , I’d steal her tomorrow. Terrible experience. I waited nearly 40 minutes for my order, only to be told (after I asked) that half of it wasn’t available. No one communicated this until I went inside. The employee gave me attitude, said she wasn’t “dealing with this,” and walked away — right in front of my kids. Completely unprofessional. I only received 2 sandwiches out of 5, and when I went back to address it, I was met with more attitude instead of accountability. This location is a poor performer and does Dunkin’ a major disservice. Honestly, the Mobile station across the street runs circles around this place. This store damages the Dunkin’ brand and shouldn’t be representing it.

The ovens are always getting cleaned after breakfast, we asked for no whipped cream on a drink and we got it will it we told them we didn’t want it and they just took it off, they took so long to make 3 drink and the service was not good at all.
