Stopped in during the morning of Tuesday, January 20th. , the girl behind the counter did not acknowledge our presence or say good morning, or welcome. Didn’t say a word. No one else but our group of 3 is in the place. Placed order and waited. One of my group members, upon realizing he had a medium coffee, said he meant to get a large. She looked at him and said “you are getting what you ordered”. In a rude voice. How hard wouid it have been to simply say “no problem sir, I can get you a large”.? And how about a thank you or have a nice day? Pitiful employee customer service and not goi g to help business with her lack of friendliness to paying customers

Stopped by Dunkin on my way to work today it was empty and quiet. I pulled up to the drive-through where a young girl took my order the entire time she was taking my order. She had an attitude after I finally completed the entirety of my order, which was just a drink an iced coffee. There was a giant paws of silence for like three minutes and then finally she was like wait. Can you repeat the order again and then I go to start repeating my order again and she completely cut me off in a very rude manner and told me to pull up to the window. When I got to the window, I saw that she was just a young girl however the whole interaction with her was very unprofessional and very rude and she shouldn’t be working in customer service. I ordered a sandwich no cheese, the woman I placed the order with repeated back no cheese, the woman who gave me my order said it was no cheese, but there was cheese so I couldn’t eat it. Hashbrowns were smashed together, not crispy and had burnt chunks on them that didn’t taste good

I always stop here when I go to New York from Virginia and is very convenient for me. I won’t stop here again because they did something very wrong and stole my money. I purchased the same order because I thought that the first order didn’t go through. Then I realized that I did duplicate order’s so I went ahead to tell the lady at the front desk, she was the manager at that time. She said yeah I’ll just charge you one time and gave me my one order and gave me both receipts. I trusted her to do the right thing and didn’t give me my refund so she stole my money on behalf of Dunkin Donuts. So I will look for the transactions and do a a dispute soon because it only has about 2-3 months so I still can do it. People like that should be disciplined or not work with money cause their ethical is m
