Dunkin’ at Detroit DMC continues to stand out for all the right reasons. It’s more than just the drinks, it’s the full experience. The leadership, staff, and overall vibe are consistently positive and welcoming. The team is always smiling, attentive, and truly focused on customer service, not just completing orders. A special thank you to Mo and the entire team. Even when I don’t know everyone’s names, the consistency, teamwork, and care show every single visit. The drinks are always accurate and top tier. This location sets a great example of what excellent service looks like.

Love it here. Best food in the hospital and has always been open when I needed it to be :) the staff are incrdible and friendly and process an insane amount of orders so fast!

This Dunkin’ consistently gets it right!! They always have my order ready as soon as I arrive—and half the time they already know exactly what I’m there for. The staff is personable, friendly, quick, and efficient, which makes a huge difference on busy mornings in the hospital.

The Dunkin DMC location has been the best for the around 2 years since the new staff came in! The staff are so nice and go above and beyond to learn your name and know my order every time I walk in. They also accommodate to make sure it is made to your liking. Moh and Somia are my fan favorites.
