Dunkin'

When I stop by this location it’s never a miss. I usually go in the mornings and the employees always deliver good customer service. I went this morning and ordered a medium iced brown shaken espresso. Received a large instead, i’m not complaining. The upgrade saved my life today. THANK YOU!

They never make orders correctly , every time something missing, straws or sandwiches that we have to drive back or stop and go inside . Yes it’s my fault to not check it before driving away but , sometimes they tell they did put everything inside . It’s not a complaint, it’s an advice for you guys work little more better . And instead of apologizing when I waited 10 minutes in drive through again the lady hand me my sandwich without even looking at me and smashed that window . Work ethic is so low . Another employee stopped to communication at all after we asked her to remake our matcha lattes once . Thats not good too . We want to come here every morning cause it’s on our way , but now going to different dunkin location.

Got a coupon booklet in the mail that listed this location as an eligible location for redemption. I was in the area so I went slightly out of my way to go here to save a couple bucks. Coupon wouldn’t scan and manager just said “yeah these aren’t scanning, we told our supervisor already” or something of that ilk. Maybe just honor the coupon and give me a free coffee with purchase like it offers. The donut selection was also slim and they mostly tasted stale. Just go to another location.

I haven't had any issues here, they are nice and donuts are good. They let me use the bathroom even without buying anything. Also I forgot my receipt for work one time and they were so nice to reprint it for me.

Date 2/10/26 @7:10am Try to order a bagel with cream cheese gave a coupon. Was told they were having issues with the coupons that the coupon I gave was expired and I needed to bring New coupon that was just sent home. First of all she needs to calm down with attitude she could’ve promo if they had issues with coupon.The coupon was not expired clearly exp. 2/21/26.She kept the coupon which I left. Didn’t grab my bagel for 1.99 will never go to the Dunkin’ Donuts again. The girl seemed that she was unhappy working there with an attitude.
