Dunkin'

Service has never been their strong suit. Been driving for lyft and working for the airport for years and been in both DT and inside. Standard DD, but what gets me the most is the opportunity for 24/7 being by the airport. Or at the very least open later than 6. I get that it's breakfast but a good time for donuts and decaf is anytime so...

Ordered 3 donuts…one vanilla cream. The Supervisor took my order and grabbed my donuts-there was literally no cream in the damn donut! SMH. I was the ONLY person in line-not like she was busy!!!

This was never a good Dunkin and they always kind of made the drinks wrong. I don’t think that they used anything to actually measure out. But also they don’t let you pay with the app anymore. I would recommend just going into the gas station next-door and getting the premade Dunkin because it’s gonna taste a lot better and you won’t have issues trying to pay for it.

just left this dunkin super unhappy. All we ordered was half dozen assorted donuts and an iced caramel macchiato. They brought out a hot caramel macchiato, but it’s okay we understood and just asked if they could make it iced. The lady returns with an iced caramel crazed and argued that it’s the “same thing” as the iced caramel macchiato. So we took it and left as it already took 15 minutes for 6 donuts and 1 drink 👎🏼👎🏼

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received today around 5:30 PM. I asked a crew member if "Snackin' Bacon" was available; she confirmed it was, but after I paid, she immediately offered me a refund instead of preparing the food. It felt as though she simply did not want to cook. To make matters worse, the refund process took an incredibly long time. They acted very unprofessionally throughout the encounter, laughing about the fact that they couldn't figure out how to process the refund. Their lack of urgency and respect was unacceptable, especially since I told them I was rushing for a flight. I nearly missed my departure because of this interaction. Dunkin' usually has better standards than this, but the behavior of these two employees was a major disappointmen
