I came in this store 3 mins before close and the woman took my order like it was the first one in the morning, she was kind and really made my drink to perfection! I wish I knew her name but she said my dog was cute and she had a pitbull and an older dog! She is bomb.com keep up girl stay you

Absolute bad experience! The girl with gingery hair on Sun. 11/23 took my order it was a hot latté. When she gave me my “warm” drink I told her the milk is not hot enough she said “I just steamed the milk and that’s the hottest it can get” with an attitude. Didn’t say anything and walked away. The truth of the matter is that I saw her preparing my drink she never steamed any milk she used some leftover milk she already had and the cup wasn’t even filled to where it should be. Sure enough, I threw away that coffee and got me another drink somewhere else!

Inconsistent and slow. Same drink ordered everyday and different each time, including a cup of milk instead of a latte. Staff is untrained or lazy I'm not sure which but makes for an unprofessional and unsatisfied experience. I actually look to see who is working before I order anything because I know who will make it right. Just plain dissatisfied.

Very busy coffee shop. Breakfast sandwich and coffee were good. Line moved quickly but pickup was crowded and a bit confusing. Plenty tables to sit and eat.

Kind staff and good service. Stopped at this Dunkin Donuts and grabbed coffee & donut. Coffee was hot and had a good taste. Donut was yummy and fresh.
