Dunkin'

The service from the guy with long-ish hair, beanie wearing lil short guy is not okay. I had to repeat my order 3 times for him and he still didn’t get it right. I said small and decaf 3 different times. Every time he talks it sounds like he slurs his words. He messed up on our order and when we proceeded to come inside to ask for a change he smiled in our faces then proceeded to take the drink he messed up on from our hands. This kind of customer service isn’t okay.

Hot large coffee not even filled! 3/4 and took 23 mins since I ordered it! BS the workers didn’t even say nothing to me! Won’t ever go to this location again! And waste of my money when I order a large I want it filled! Bad customer service too

They made me the best chicken wraps I've ever tried in Dunkin' chain. The coffee was delicious, too. Thanks, guys ❤️

This is the closest Dunkin to my home and it's on my way to work. I have learned that the convenience of its proximity is still not worth stopping here. There have been multiple times now I have waited in the drive tru for 15-20 minutes. Today after waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, I waited at the drive thru window for 3 minutes and watched a customer inside complaining about how their drink was made. I drove off. 2 days ago I got an iced coffee here that was so bad I threw it out after 2 sips. I have learned not to order the iced tea here because it always tastes like it was brewed in an uncleaned coffee filter.
