the white lady there stay messing up your order you can tell she does not want to be there, but she does not listen. I ordered a coffee one time she didn’t even stir anything. I had to make sure today if she stirred my coffee and she still messed up my food order The customer service here sucks you order your order through the mobile to make sure you’re not there 20 minutes and you’re still there 20 minutes and they still mess up your order then when you call the phone number to speak to somebody it’s a magicJack number and you can’t get in touch with anybody so there’s no way for them to correct your order or to refund you your order when they have messed it up The worst Dunkin’ Donuts.

I couldn’t find a Lower rate than 1 star ⭐️ store closes at 8 pm but they’ve locked the doors when we arrived around 6:30 pm - we knocked the door but they ignored as obliviously they didn’t want anyone to come in before their closing shift - I had to walk to drive through window and told them to open the door as my kids needed to use the bathroom. We also ordered bagel bites and he said the oven of “off” and I asked if it’s broken and he said it’s off - asked him why as the door sticker says it closes at 8 pm but they close earlier and he said that’s what they do all the time - And also the second worker who you can see at the drive-through window in pivtyre, the lady, was on the phone, most of her time, talking with her friend with inappropriate language while my kids were in the store

It's extremely poor service when your leaning on the counter looking at your phone, asking another employee to get my order, not giving me a receipt or saying thank you. It's even worse when the people ordering behind, you say to the other employees who is a women...and the only one doing her JOB " your to busy and could some one else get their order" while I'm still there and me saying to, you look so busy there's NO reason for me to come back or any one else. The worst service ever!!! Fire this worthless individual!

Honestly I go out of my way to get my coffee from this location. Its not as busy as some of the other locations but its the employees that really make the difference here. They are super friendly and warm.

This location has some of the worst employees I have ever visited. They act like they hate everyone and their jobs. Attitude and nasty. Wow.
