Dunkin'

I'm not one to bash a newly opened establishment so lets focus on the positives first. It's a nice clean modern location. To be fair, I ordered through the drive-up. The coffee was black, fresh, and hot. My breakfast sandwich was also hot and delicious. The bacon remained crispy on my short drive home. The cheese was melted. I like that the drive through person asked me what bread I wanted. That's a nice personal touch I didn't expect. It was a good comfort food sandwich. Now for the not so positive. The hash brown/potato rounds were terrible. They were hot, but also slightly undercooked, soggy, and greasy. They were under seasoned as well and just didn't taste right. Maybe the oil was old or not hot enough. I don't know. I would have a hard time ordering them again so that

Was happy to have a dunkin in mt zion but wont return until they stop upcharging for the same drink. I go to dunkin on Pershing St several times a week. I get an iced coffee and its always 4 dollars and some change. I go to the new dunkin in Mt Zion because its close to my house ... Order the same iced coffee and they put drizzle and whipped cream on it and upcharge me and I pay $9 for an iced coffee. If you are trying to compete with 7 brew then you need to establish trust not upcharge people. You lost a daily potential customer.

Came from Florida and we always go to our local Dunkin, but this location was truly amazing super kind people working along with amazing hash browns and drinks

First time in this location today I was disappointed no greeting when walking in ordered half a dozen donuts they seem like there a few days old definitely can’t be fresh I won’t be returning to this location I had high hopes

Their Americanos are better than Starbucks americanos
