Dunkin'

Ordered a caramel machiato and a glazed donut. Coffee was ok... didn't taste like what I ordered. Donut was strange tasting. Employees didn't care about doing their job or being polite. Seemed like they didn't want to be there, and it showed.

I totally went to Dunkin' at the wrong time of day. I'd had dinner about an hour prior and wanted something sweet to cap off the night, though. With that in mind, I decided to try this Dunkin', which I had yet to visit. From the Dunkin' locations I've been to in the Quad Cities, this one does many of the same things. That is to say, they offer pretty much the same food and beverages and contain about 90% of the same fixtures and design. The walls are neutral brown or beige, the same skinny yellow cone light fixtures are suspended throughout the space, and there's a display of their bagged coffee at one end of the dining room. Prices have gone up a lot. We don't live in New York city to get a milked down Dunkalatte for almost $8.. I used to go here almost every morning even when my drink was not made good I still came back because the prices were decent but now, for $7.50 inconsistent drink is wild!

Ordered coffee, water and Mimi bagels. Sat there for 20 mins waiting on coffee and watched them move cars in drive. Everyone in the dining room sat and waited. I eventually walked out. Horrible experience. Get them some help or teach them to navigate both inside and drive thru

Nice up to date facility with good employees at a decent price. I usually get an iced coffee with Carmel and cream, and it always hits the spot. I recommend getting their app so you can earn points for free beverages and get coupons for good deals.
