Dunkin'

We have been visiting the Dunkin by Webbs for years a good 3 to 4 times a week. We’ve noticed since he’s been renovation both the quality and drinks and service have declined. It’s disappointing when you order an ice coffees and it’s hit or miss whether or not it’s going to be prepared properly or taste like milky water. Employees are not Very friendly or attentive. I think after todays visit and having to toss my large ice coffee learned my lesson and will drive the extra 3 miles to the Dunkin’ Donuts by Posner Park as I am never disappointed when I visit that location.. also the outside seating typically very dirty and like clean to sit at.

We just moved here from Texas and we frequent Dunkin in Texas. Service is always great! I was shocked to visit this location that had almost 10 employees on shift. Not a single one greeted us. Most of the employees had AirPods or headphones on and were talking amongst each other. When requested for creamer for my coffee, the employee said “sure” as if I was bothering her conversation she was having. There was a water spill on the floor which was a slip hazard that no one cleaned it up. I informed the cashier and her response was yes I l know I’ll clean it up. No sense of urgency and poor customer service. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 20 years. The reason for these type of behaviors is poor leadership. I went there 1 afternoon there was only 2 people in the front and drive through. They are very short staff and I understood the long wait. But one of the ladies that worked there had her hair down it was very long and I was kind of bothered the food handling her nails are very long and did not have any gloves and has so many accessories I work in food and I know and I know that atleast a hair tie is a must!

First visit.. very disappointed. How you serve something like this. I would have cracked someone’s windshield if I threw these out the window! And if I wasn’t in a rush I would have turned around!

I recently visited this Dunkin’ location, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived at the drive-thru, there was no greeting or friendly customer service—just a, “What’s your order?” The staff seemed dismissive and unprofessional, with one employee, Jasmine, appearing distracted and rude, which set a negative tone. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. I had ordered a Cookie Butter Shaken Espresso, but received a plain iced coffee with just sugar and cream. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff were defensive and seemed misguided with menu protocol. I also ordered a Turkey Egg Wrap, which arrived overcooked and broken, making it unappetizing.
