Dunkin'

Whoever made order #3729 at 2:49:13 today did a terrible job. I ordered a medium iced butter pecan latte extra butter pecan made with skim milk, along with loaded chipotle hashbrowns, but I got a regular iced coffee with just sugar and loaded hashbrowns with bacon and barely any chipotle sauce. I’ve also had other orders messed up recently, which makes this even more frustrating. If you’re going to work in food service, please make sure you’re reading the label and preparing the order correctly…it’s printed right there for a reason.

Like most people I have a normal drink I get at Dunkin’ Donuts. I do ask for less concentrate their syrup and it never has been a problem until I started going to this new Dunkin’ Donuts. The manager here is just the most unfriendly person you’ll ever meet. I’ve seen her argue with countless customers and I guess today was my turn. I asked for less concentrate like I do every day and she told me that it Can’t happen its not allowed. I didn’t understand why she wouldn’t talk to me and I was at the drive-through so I went and I ordered my drink normally at the counter inside instead everything went smoothly. The other woman came out of the drive-through position didn’t say anything to me made my drink, even though she was making nobody’s drinks. She was just doing the drive-through register

The service here is terrible. Not usually the fault of the server simply because there aren't enough servers. And I didn't know this but they no longer serve breakfast maybe they have it in a long time but it was disappointed drive there to find that out. And I had to interrupt the server to ask that because she was chatting with someone and paying no attention to anyone else.

super bad service I asked for a croissant with cream cheese and they gave me a used knife and the cream separated I also asked for a caramel latte and they gave it to me without caramel

Went through the drive through on my trip back home! Great service and the Iced Macchiotto was well constructed!
