Dunkin'

The Valentines Day donuts were soft and delicious. That’s why you only see one in this photo, we ate those first. We got our donuts around 3 and they were delicious. The teller was amazing and it was an easy trip for a Friday.

On 2/22/26 I had an AWFUL experience. I normally go to lavales, but I wanted a cold drink so I ordered a Vanilla Bean Colatta, I pull up to the window and I’m paying for my order and they left the DT window open. The cashier was wonderful, perfect employee. But someone in the back making my drink yells Loudly “ DO YOU WANT A SEMEN SHAKE.” That ruined my experience. Having my drink compared to semen, then I was made to pull up and wait on this drink. So it made me iffy about drinking it because some people are sick in the head. The owner laughed it off thinking it was funny and a joke. But bringing up bodily fluids in a business isn’t. I don’t recommend this dunkin any. The owner is fine with comments like this to customers.

We ordered 2 $6 meal deals from the app and placed order when I left the house. We live within 5 minutes from the Dunkin. I pulled up in the drive thur and was given my order quickly which was fantastic. I wish in I could say the same for the food. The breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns were cold and felt like they have been left out for hours. Hashbrowns only had 5 in the bag each. It was ordered at 9am. There were only 2 people in front me at the drive Thur so they weren’t packed. For a business to have opened up within a year and is already giving out food like this. I don’t expect them to last long. Don’t recommend coming here. Go to Chick-fil-A next door.

Cashier must have hearing issues. Forgot add ons that I stated I wanted on both mine and my father’s coffees. Atmosphere didn’t feel warm and welcome. Felt like everyone hated their job. I smiled at the cashier and asked how her day was to lighten the mood, but she didn’t even respond to me and just stared at me with a straight face waiting for me to give my order. Like sorry for treating you like a human and not a machine…

I never receive the right drink. I always order a latte on the app and after I drive away and try it, it’s a coffee and not a latte. It is really disappointing and too expensive to get the wrong drink, coming from another Dunkin employee. This has happened 3-5 plus times recently. A Coffee is a lot less expensive than a latte.
