I use to come here everyday. I stopped because the service is horrible. People dont speak English and never get order right. Place is dirty. Came today again barely any English. Won't be back was reminded why I stopped coming
They wouldn't sell me sparkling water again! I asked why, they wouldn't give me an explanation! They had a whole case of it inside refrigerator with a good date, but refuse to sell it to me without explanation! I'm never coming back.
Love the staff here. ...Always friendly and quick service. However. I used the ladies room here (with a key) and it was the most disgusting bathroom I have seen at a Dunkin. The whole place actually was not as clean as I would want TBh. I can not imagine the staff is washing hands after using the restroom and if they are- they’re probably spreading more germs that not washing. Get some bleach in this place and a proper cleaning crew. Gross
I was very disappointed in the product. I bought 25 munchkins, 1/2 jelly filled, the other half chocolate. The jelly filled were flat like they were crushed, some had no other than residue from the filling nozzle, and they were definitely stale. They should not be crunchy! The chocolate ones were ok. The service was very friendly and the store was clean. It was unfortunate I did not check the munchkins until I got home.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! I went to this Dunkin Donuts this Saturday, frequent the place often almost 4 times a week. I ordered a medium ice coffee, less ice, and 15 skim milks. I received my ice coffee and told them I needed a little more skim milk. I do not like my coffee strong. The cashier/worker ( who by the way is always there, so he knows my order) told me he couldn't get me any more skim milk because they were busy.??? What?? I ordered my coffee and I was told I couldn't get what I wanted. Raised my voice, and told them I would go back to get more skim milk because I paid for my coffee the way I wanted it. Finally, after asking a number of times totally upset at how I was being treated they gave me some more skim milk. This establishment is at the very lea
