Dunkin'

I had an online order for drive thru pick up on 11/8 at 11:43am. First, there was an employee outside cursing leaning on a driver’s side door to a car. But that’s The least of my worries. My hashbrowns were fine. I had a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and an everything bagel. My everything bagel was burnt. I get these often, and I can tell the difference between the seasoning and it being too burnt. In addition, my BEC bagel had a hair in it. I turned around and went back to the store. When I went inside to address the situation, the employee did not apologize. They told us that the burnt parts were the seasoning. You can see that under the seasoning is VERY toasted. My son was thoughtful enough to bring me coffee this morning. He knows one of my favorite cold coffee drinks is an iced caramel craze lattee. It's frustrating because several times I've ordered it and it wasn't made correctly! One morning a young man was obviously training a young woman. She questioned him about the ingredients. He actually told her NO CARAMEL goes into a caramel craze latte! As expected, it was horrible. It was really cold out this morning so my son bought me a hot latte. Upon receiving the latte this morning, I again noticed the taste was off but couldn't figure out why. I looked at the label thinking maybe they had given him the wrong type of coffee. I am disappointed that I have to write this review because this use to be my favorite Dunkin to attend. I experienced horrible customer service the other day. I had a pickup order in drive thru, upon checking my order I noticed I was missing my snackin bacon so I drove back to window and explained I was missing my bacon. The lady in the window said she didn't know what snackin bacon was so I gave her my bag with the receipt on it . She kept trying to give me a bacon wrap. Mind you, she already had an attitude for some reason so I'm guessing it wasn't a good day for her. Long story short, she threw my bag at me and slammed it the drive thru window door in my face.. Not all items in menu are available, staff are not properly trained and coffee is not stirred at all. Is this the kind of coffee you want to serve? I’m disappointed with this store

I hit the drive-throug before 8:00 am. Donuts were fresh. Customer service was great!
