Dunkin'

I’ve been a regular customer at this Dunkin’ for a while, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing during the mid-day/afternoon hours. Every time I come in during this shift, the location appears extremely understaffed. Because of this, wait times are very long and the service often feels rushed and disorganized. The employees are clearly running around trying to keep up, which makes it hard to blame them — the issue seems to be staffing, not effort. What’s frustrating is that I’ve visited this same location in the mornings and had a completely different experience. My grandson and I visited the Duncan donuts in colombiana, Ohio, very bad service. We stood there 15 minutes to get 2 donuts and a glass of water. And we were never waited on. We left and we were not the only ones that left. There is another lady in front of us that had walked out. She said she was tired of waiting as well. I asked the gentleman who was working the drive through window.I said, what are you guys doing?Just working on drive through an online orders and they said yes.So we left, I won't go back.That'll be the last time I will be in cambrianna, duncan, donuts

All of the employees were very friendly and upbeat!! They even offered to heat up my blueberry muffin!! No other Dunkin ever asked me that before. Now evey Dunkin I go to I ask them to heat it up for me!!👍

Terrible! Cappuccino was literally HALF full and my Latte was only 3/4 maybe the way full! If I’m paying 4 dollars for a coffee, I’d like some effort put into it 🙄 they had one other car in line.

Five dollars for a cup of ice basically when you order a latte, because the entire cup is filled with ice to a point you can’t put the straw in the cup. The drink is not, even filled.
