Dunkin'

I went to the location this morning from my way from a doctor’s appointment and I stopped to get my signature caramel craze latte. I pulled up to the speaker and no greeting. Just what can I do for you? Got the same order always get the caramel craze. I then proceed to the window. The girl opens the window and holds her hand out. I assumed she was asking for my card, but they didn’t give any kind of introduction or hello. I did pull up my phone to scan my rewards and nothing, she closed the window and went about her way. Nothing, not even “it’ll be a minute”. No nothing! Just annoyance that I was even there. Then my drink comes in the cup is completely covered in coffee. I don’t know whether it’s my coffee or someone else’s coffee or something that something splashed on the coffee cup. The

The coffee used to be pretty good here, but as of the last few months… It tastes like burnt cigarettes which after googling tells me they aren’t properly cleaning their machines. Today I ordered a caramel macchiato with extra caramel and oat milk. Tell me why the coffee and oat milk is so separated… EVEN AFTER 5 MINUTES OF VIGOROUS SHAKING? Literally no other coffee place I’ve ordered the exact same order from has ever had this issue. Even after mixing it thoroughly it still tasted so bad I had to add even more stevia to it. Can’t wait for Dutch Bros to open so I can never come back here again if this is the quality Dunkin is going to continue to churn out. Do better.

I’m a big Dunkin coffee lover but here It takes forever to get regular coffee and the coffee isn’t even hot, and the egg and cheese is cold and not toasted. Even after letting them know, they didn’t seem to care. I won’t be coming here again. They even don’t care to put napkins with food. She was on the phone all the time while taking orders that’s unprofessional behavior.

Ordered hash browns n this was the 2nd order because the 1st order was hard, get the order that's posted n it was worst. They said most ppl like it like this, I asked them to actually pick one up, they were like bricks. The workers was visually irritated that I was requesting for a 3rd time to have my hash brown made over. Once I saw thier expressions I immediately canceled my order of hash browns because I do not like eating behind angry workers and the fact I could not see them making my food. Im assuming the grease was old or the timer was off, whatever the mistake was, they didnt take accountability.

Anytime I have the extra money I always love going by Dunkin to get my frozen caramel coffee with whipped cream! I haven’t been back to this location lately, but, today, I went through the drive thru and ordered. Wasn’t told how much. Pulled to the window where I wasn’t even greeted.. just took my card after he said the price for the first time. Price wasn’t even displayed as it normally would be under the window. After I paid. I waited a minute or so and was handed this thrown together coffee with HUGE CHUNKS OF ICE in it and ABSOLUTELY NO caramel drizzle in or on the whipped cream! Then was handed the smallest straw that went in my drink. So I pulled tot he front and went in and asked for one politely & was given one but acted like I was disturbing them at this point. I said nothing else
