It’s shame that you have to tell these people to cook the bacon for sandwiches. If not you will get slimey nasty bacon. I order a sandwich maybe 3 times a year and if you forget to tell them to cook the bacon and make it crispy this is what you get. STOP RUSHING & DO BETTER THIS IS DISGUSTING!
We ordered through the drive-through and had a little trouble getting our order through the microphone, and we were missing a few items when we received our order. That said, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and well maintained. Overall, a positive experience with some minor hiccups that could easily be improved.
Food is always perfectly fine. The coffee on the other hand has not been. I order the same coffee everyday. It always tastes different. There has been multiple occasions where I have asked it to be remade due to it not tasting correct and they do remake it however, they add a lot of extra ingredients and always tell me to order it with more the next time. I’ve gotten the same drink for half the year and they haven’t made it correctly.
Bad customer service the barista didn’t tell me my coffee was ready until I saw it on the counter and the donuts were raw in the middle they had a stretchy dough texture
Very nice staff, very busy store but they brought my good quick and made my iced machiatto perfect. Second time coming here and it’s great
