GO TO ANY DUNKIN BUT THIS ONE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! LOUD/RATCHED/CUSSING AT CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF CHILDREN!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Went to pick up my child behind the building and treat them out to a donut on a Friday. Instead was met by an employee at my vehicle threatening to tow, when she was told multiple times I’m coming inside to purchase and sit down. She was at my door before I could even unbuckle myself. After informing her I won’t be entering now due to her being rude and harassment, other employees decided to call me out my name through the drive thru, in front of other customers and all. Mind you, the ones in the drive thru weren’t involved, nothing was said to them, they opened the window & started cussing. I have a video of the 3rd interaction they had with me on my

I come to this store about 5 times a week. I always receive great customer service and great espresso. Everyone is very friendly, kind and appreciative. I have been to many Dunkin donuts because I travel all over Cleveland. This Dunkin is by far the best! When driving from the east side after work I'll pass by all the other Dunkins and drive farther to come to this store. Thank you for creating a great experience every time!

A business with employees who clearly didn't want to work, closing an hour early, and the employees hiding when we tried to order through the drive-thru. I wonder how they allow people like that to work there with such terrible customer service. Now I understand why it was empty. The manager should check the sales figures for the night and clean house, firing these employees and hiring people who actually want to work and need the job.

So, I asked for a eclair donut and was told they don’t have those there. I explained it was a donut with pudding inside and chocolate on top. She figured out what I wanted. So I asked for two of those. Then I asked for two donuts with sprinkles on top. And then said chocolate sprinkles, when she asked me what kind. This is what I got. A white whipped cream doughnut. And a half a donut. No, it wasn’t eaten out of, it was just the tiniest donut she could find to put in my bag. because, I argued about have eclairs. Her name was Mid.

This place has gone down. Service sucks and the drinks are never made the same. ALL THE EMPLOYEES ALWAYS HAVE AN ATTITUDE AND NEVER GIVE CUP HOLDER OR ASK IF YOU WANT ONE WHEN YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE DRINK. THE DOUGHNUTS ARE ALWAYS STALE NEVER FRESH. DONT GO HERE IT SUCKS AND YOU WILL LEAVE PISSED OFF
