Dunkin'

I’m writing to share ongoing concerns about the condition and quality of this Dunkin’ location, particularly during the morning,afternoon and early evening hours after work. When the previous manager a Black gentleman with a beard and distinctive Chinese-style tattoos was running the store, the environment was consistently clean, the food was prepared correctly, and the drinks were reliably made to standard. Since his departure, there has been a noticeable decline. Now, it feels like a 50/50 chance whether the store will be reasonably clean or extremely dirty. In addition, the food no longer tastes consistently prepared, and drinks are often not up to par. This Dunkin is so hit or miss. Sometimes they make stuff perfectly and other times they will completely screw it up. Went for a toasted bagel with butter and no cream cheese. Got an untoasted bagel with cream cheese. And it's so not worth the hassle going back so I'm fixing it myself. Update: I'm never coming back to this location again. Today I went back and thought I would treat myself with a decaf iced coffee cause I can not have caffeine due to a medical condition. I got a regular coffee...which isn't something I can't just fix and now I'm just out the money. I'm going to be making a formal complaint cause this is ridiculous that they can not get a single order correct. This new location with a drive-thru is in a small shopping strip at a busy intersection with driveway access to both the main road and side street. The building itself looks modern, yet has a local neighborhood feel. The donuts look great labeled and in a display case and coffee drinks on tap looks very upscale. There are several tables/chairs set up in the dining area as well as an ATM machine. The drive-thru is run efficiently and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

The coworkers are really nice and dealt with my indecisive ass. I said what drink they recommend me and give me a pecan and caramel icey coffee latte with wiped cream. I love you if you are the coworker who told me it's one of their favorite and the other worker that recommended to her.

I'll start by saying that the morning crew always get orders correct and the quality is always where it should be. But I've waited until it's become a pattern to say that the afternoon crew misses in some way every time. On this latest (1/12/23 around 4p) afternoon visit, I got a small Carmel Macchiato. Granted, the size was small, but the amount was so much smaller. (Pictures attached) I opened the cup to find the cup barely half full with so much foam. The size was already a small!! What was left in the cup was barely more than if I had ordered a couple of shots of espresso. But this was supposed to be a whole "crafted beverage?"
