Dunkin'

This Dunks is great on weekday mornings. The gentleman Danny which manages the morning shift literally remembers hundreds of peoples coffee the way they drink it every day, and you don't even need to say it. That kind of service gets him well deserved tips and appreciation. Highly recommend on weekdays, I typically stop there at 5am.

costumer service is horrible. when I ordered my food, the workers kept telling one another who was gonna do it. most of them were on the phone instead of making the food. when she finally makes my food, she turns around to ask if the sandwich is too burnt for my taste and still makes another burnt sandwich.

Gets the simplest orders wrong smh, the worst dunkins in Boston by far n it has to be pretty bad because I went out of my way to write a review, something I wouldn't normally do. So if you have no choice but to go to this DD like me just make sure to check your bag to make sure they got your order right.

Their coffee is very weak like one part coffee to 10 part water...Smh! 10/12/18 I don't know what happened, but their coffee was much better this morning.👌 10/17/18 Nope I made a mistake on the 12th, these ppl are incapable of good coffee!
