We live right down the street from this dunkin, and have been going here for at least 13 years. The past 2 and a half years they have been horrible. They NEVER get an order right and don’t treat their costumers good anymore. It used to be great. Today, my friends and I went to this Dunkin and ordered 5 things, simple right? Well apparently not. They only gave us 4 and refused to give us compensation for the last item that we never got. The lady was so rude for no reason too. Oh not to mention the hybrid plain bagel and the everything bagel that were for some reason mixed together. Oh wait! And the plain bagel which was supposed to be an everything bagel with cream cheese that turned out to be a plain bagel with a slab of unmelted cheese on it. Do better dunkin.
Popped in and wanted to check they had a restroom before ordering as all needed the bathroom after our long drive. The attendant rolled his eyes and said no, was quite rude about it actually
I've lived next door to this Dunks for 8 years, it was good until about 6 months ago when they switched out all the regular employees and hired a bunch of idiots that don't speak English and don't know how to treat customers. I used to go there every day, now I never go there, I tried again this morning and they totally screwed up my whole order. Stay Away!! The guys at the gas station are great.
Doing the best they can with over 75 people in line, It's amazing, but when u need your coffee this is what we do
