The atmosphere at this DD location is clean, vibrant, friendly and modern. In addition, the customer service is great. Stop but this DD if passing along the way I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Honestly, super frustrating every time I go here. It’s convenient, which is why I stop on my way to work, but I really need to start going more out of my way to hopefully get better Experience. I swear the woman on the speaker never listens and orders whatever she wants. Time and time again my order is incorrect. Get someone else on the speaker who actually wants to listen.

This Dunkin Donuts location has one of the busiest drive thrus that I ever see. But they move along quickly and qet the orders right. Everyone is super friendly and the employees seem like they are all having a good time at work. I hate seeing workers who look like they would just rather be anyplace else than at their job. Great place!

The positioning of the drive-thru at this location is awful; entrance/exits of the plaza cut through the drive-thru lanes but of course people in the line ignore the clearly painted lines and stop signs, so it just gets very chaotic very quickly. If it wasn’t so difficult to get in and out of, it would be a decent Dunkins.
