Dunkin'

Typical Duncan up in the northeast states. Food and coffee are perfect and served quickly. The store was clean and well maintained. Can’t beat it when you’re looking for something quick and delicious.

I came here a day ago to get a drink. There was a young women with pretty makeup working all by herself. I work with the food industry and it’s difficult to manage things by yourself. I applaud her hard work.

This is my local Dunkin and I always see them working fast and hard to make the mobile orders. They have very friendly staff in my opinion, they have always said please and thank you and had friendly conversations. They have convenient and clean bathrooms too! I see a lot of folks working here who speak English as a second language and they are working hard to learn and I think this a good fast paced environment for them to do so. Keep up the good work!

They are the absolute WORST when it comes to online ordering takes them 20 minutes to get together one drink, doesn't matter how far ahead you place order, it is never ready. Even on a non busy day they are awful with getting orders done.

Cold and burnt hash browns, wraps were clearly cooked at least 15-20 mins prior to me ordering because they were also cold and the cheese had congealed. Coffee, not made as ordered and even when corrected was wrong. I’m sort of at a loss for words with this store. For years they have provided consistently bad service and products yet they remain in business.
