Dunkin'

I visited this establishment today before work. I am a regular at this location. This is the first time I have ever received food that was so hard to palate. I rated everything 2 stars because the minute I stepped into the store, it looked like the representative either had a bad morning or did not want to be there. Either way I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.

2 days old everything bagel and Just little bit cream cheese worst place to get coffee and breakfast,ruined my morning

ordered 2 wake up wraps and a bacon avocado toast. The lady preparing the food was on her phone (loud on speaker) the whole time. It probably wouldn’t have bothered me so much but she only gave me the wake up wraps. Asked for the other order and she said sorry, and made it. When I looked inside the pack, it didn’t have bacon! So I had to ask her yet again for the correct order. Will avoid going back even though it’s the closest one to me

this was my first time going to this location & honestly my experience was terrible. while I was placing my order the lady was on her phone not paying attention which caused her to ring in my order wrong . I asked for a caramel ice coffee with sugar & extra caramel…& a croissant toasted with butter. never even got the croissant. The other lady handed me my drink I said this is not what I wanted…then she gave me another drink which was still wrong but I decided to leave it alone. Then I asked her where is my croissant & it never got rang in.

They got my order quickly and correctly, the food was good and the setting was relaxing. Definitely a good example of a Dunkin’ Donuts
