Dunkin'

Holy cow. Never witnessed a bigger group of clowns working at a Dunkin around 12. This is why people hate on younger generations in the work place. These kids/employees didn’t get my order right and that’s most definitely due to the fact they’re all giggling and playing on their phones. I initially noticed a drink missing from my order and asked if I could receive it. The employee helping me at the window asked for someone to get it. And a kid just said “I put it over there.” Like hello? Why don’t you be useful and help out your coworkers like a decent human being and grab the damn drink.

Usually my go to Dunkin but the for the last few months the croissants they use for breakfast sandwiches are dense and chewy. Only this location has this problem. I tried 2 other locations recently thinking that maybe Dunkin just changed the recipe. The other locations I got a fluffy flaky croissant with my sandwich. Went back here today and got a smaller chewy croissant. Not sure if its not thawed or cooked improperly but I will continue to visit other nearby locations instead of this one so I get the product I pay for.

i mean its alright, but i have gotten alot of wrong orders here :( like 2 out of 5 times they get your order wrong. this would be 2 stars but +1 star because the manager is cool

Always get the coffee the way I ordered it, along with a smile and nice conversation. Great service, great food/drink, and great staff 5 stars across the board.

The employees at this Dunkin’ Donuts are incompetent on every level. They don’t even know how to correctly toast a bagel. I can’t wait for the day that they are replaced with robots.
