Dunkin'

If I could give zero stars I would. Service has gone completely into the trash the food they are putting out is undercooked and Grosss this morning 2/26/26 I ordered a large frozen caramel crème and a sausage wake-up wrap. The drink tasted of spoiled dairy and death. Absolutely zero caramel. They forgot the whipped topping. Then my wrap I opened it and there’s black sticky substance on the outside of the wrap. I had my roommate return both the drink and the wrap they remade both. Got it back the drink is even worse than the first one and the wrap has turkey sausage instead of sausage. I’ve had mutable issues with this location over the last 10 years I’ve lived here. It’s never consistent foo and drinks always suck. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Just went inside and bought two sandwiches for $10 total… there was suppose to be hummus, tomatoes, egg, sausage, and cheese on sourdough bread… they gave me two pieces of sourdough bread, sausage, and cheese on it. So then I went inside and politely asked the girls working if they could fix it and put what I payed for on it, they gave me a huge attitude and laughed at me the whole time they were remaking it. After they finished remaking it the girl dropped it (yes dropped) on the counter and said “I hope this is to your liking” so I grabbed it and went out to the car and checked it… and it was burnt and so hard you could poke it with your finger and it would start to crumble… very disappointing and dissatisfied.

Workers will most likely be too high to function and can take over 30 minutes to make a sandwich, the place is filthy, and the store owner refuses to see any problem.

Worst service ever waited in line for like 15 minutes in drive-through had to call them for them to even take the order if I could give a half a star, I would that place is going downhill fast when they have four people in there, but none of them want to take the drive-through orders

I'm a Starbucks guy but on my trip to Maine from MS I need Dunkin for a great coffee experience and this one always is spot on. Great fast service and thanks for the Butternut munchkins!
