Dunkin'

The most terrible customer service... the manager was super angry even before we ordered. I don't think he should be taking his anger out on the customers.

I bought an ice coffee which was good. I bought a 10 pack of glazed munchkins. The female gave me some munchkins that looked wet. I tried one and it was wet. I said something to get and she said they were melting from them being in the refrigerated section. Well why would I want some cold ice melted munchkin doughnuts. They were stiff to eat. Smh. She ended up giving me some other ones they had in the case. Not sure why I had to ask for the good doughnuts. Customer service goes a long way with me

This particular Dunkin is hit or miss. Most of the time they miss their mark with me. I have ordered a Chai latte multiple times. I have only gotten Chai once. The rest have been coffee. I can't drink coffee. Also, it is never full of milk. Usually only 2/3 full. From now on it just get donuts. The only thing they get right.

My wife and I stopped for breakfast today. We used the app to order. When we received our order and took it home. We opened tge sandwiches and noticed the sandwiches were luke warm. The bagels were not even toasted. Like they just opened the bagels and slapped it on and wrapped it. The one bagel had hardly any sauce. Usually, they are great with this. I guess and hope it was a off day.

I ordered off doordash and this what i was sent. A burnt croissant🤦🏻‍♀️ Honestly ridiculous that the employees even had the audacity to send a customer food this burnt! Poor customer service and a waste of money.
