Dunkin'

Count me in as one who had a positive experience at this Dunkin' Donuts, which I came across while on holiday when my daughter wanted to check out the indoor flea market across the divided highway. Get a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich and stroll around the flea market. The counter staff were friendly and efficient, the signature coffee fantastic, and the place was clean. Locals and tourists alike seem to frequent the place, and ample free parking makes the spot an easy place to pull in and out of.

I thought I would give them a second chance. Lady who took my order had a bad tone and kept asking me before I finished telling her what I wanted: "Anything else?!" And they didn't even get my order right. I ordered two hash browns and two egg & cheese on English Muffins. Received one hash brown and does this look like an English Muffin to you? Never coming here again.

Service is fantastic when they aren’t busy. But today I ended up with paper they use in my sandwich.

If you ordered a medium iced coffee and got this, what would you do? I didn’t have time to go back and ask for a remake/top off, but you really shouldn’t have to do that anyway lol. This location is consistently bad but today’s visit made me sad :(

Asked for a simple bacon egg and cheese, should not be that hard to make correctly but apparently it was considered they forgot to put the damn egg on the sandwich let alone the extra cheese that was supposed to be on it too, honestly made me very disappointed the workers never pay attention to anything they’re doing and will 100% always forget an item whether it’s a donut, a sandwich or even a whole coffee it’s actually ridiculous to think how much money I’ve wasted on food they don’t have or didn’t make correctly cause they weren’t paying attention, there have also been multiple times where they have completely shut off there ovens and you couldn’t even get any food, and if you use the app they won’t refund you any money they will just tell you “the app does it somehow”
