Every time I go thru the drive thru all the workers are nice except a young blonde girl. I get having a bad day, but everytime I go which is often, she is disrespectful and down right rude. Slams the door on you before you can even ask for a damn straw. If you hate ur job that much you have to be rude to customers then the basic customer service job isn’t for you.

I bought 6 donuts one afternoon. What I was given were more than 2 days old. How do I know this? The DD I go to between Frederick and Annapolis has good donuts at the same time of day. Wait was way too long when I was the only one in the store.

I wish i could do no stars. They have all these disrespectful kids working there who have no manners and customer service skills. They don't make drinks correct and get upset when they are told . DONT WAste YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. Drive to frederick.

If there aren't two specific people working the service is TERRIBLE. The amount of times I've been given unsweetened tea when I specifically asked for sweet is INSANE. I don't know if it's a reading problem, a language problem, or they honestly don't care. Bring a Starbucks to Brunswick so we don't have to come here out of convenience.
