Dunkin'

I go to Broward College so I come here often. The people that work here are so rude. Tell me how I went and ordered the six dollar meal deal. I said I wanted a croissant with bacon, egg and cheese, a vanilla iced coffee with cream and no sugar. I get my coffee there’s no vanilla so it’s very bitter no problem. I asked for a pump of vanilla then I opened my bag and I see that my sandwich is a bagel. Also not a big deal. I just let them know cause I’m not afraid to speak up, I go and sit down to eat, and they start talking shit about me right in my face loudly. A grown man had to be as old as my father was talking horribly about me and a girl with red hair. this is unacceptable and I was so polite and kind about it. I don’t understand the problem. They’re not very organized at all when it comes to the orders, the older guy that works there is really rude and has an attitude. The girls are good they handle work nicely but the older guy just has a nasty attitude and the order never comes out right and he’s always talking to people with attitude about what the ordered or what their order is. Like they really need to be more organized about that. I also waited 20 mins for a sandwich. I rather just get a drink next time instead. Because it’s unnecessary to treat people with attitude.

I really miss the old employees they had before summer 25’. I know changes happen but I dislike the new workers that have been placed. The two girls there don’t really seem service qualified and have attitude in their expression and tone that makes the atmosphere so unpleasant to be around them. They’re just giving anyone work these days 🤦 I started to order indirectly so I don’t have to deal such interactions with them

It’s really inconvenient that online orders aren’t ever on. Also, Not sure when they switched the workers out but they need to get new ones that work efficiently… everyday there’s two people on the register taking the same order from one customer. They have one guy working in the back and he’s so slow at making things out of order. One should be helping get food ready not yapping in the front. When you ask a question about your order there’s an attitude. The lines get long but never move usually it doesn’t take that long to take orders but having two people doesn’t make sense.

I come here and order the same thing every week and my drink always tastes AMAZING but today I noticed there was a dead bug on the inside of the lid of my iced coffee🙁 This is the only time there’s been a problem with how long I’ve been coming here but Im still grossed out about the bug in my cup.
