Dunkin'

Really cluttered and a mess behind the counter. Two young workers seemed really confused and out of it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “My buddy and I swung by this Dunkin’ after practice and it honestly made our day. The staff was super friendly, cracked a couple jokes with us, and had our order out fast. The coffees were perfect — not watered down at all — and the donuts were fresh, like just out of the oven. It’s nice when a place actually gets your order right the first time, too. Big shoutout to the crew here, they really set the vibe. We’ll definitely be back.”

DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN! The app wouldn’t let me order online, so I went through the drive-thru—big mistake. I sat behind one car for 3 minutes, then another 5 at the window while the employee made the wrong drink and tried to hand it to me. When I told her it wasn’t mine, she looked completely lost. Turns out it was her first day, and the only other person working didn’t help at all. She eventually remade my drink but couldn’t refund me for the wrong order because, surprise, there was no manager on site. I left late for work and out money because this place thought it was a good idea to leave two undertrained employees running the store alone. Completely unacceptable.

This dunks used to be great but I think most of the good employees have left. This morning they took FOREVER in the drive through and while I was waiting at the window I heard a male employee make a rude comment towards a special needs employee saying she “wasn’t doing anything helpful” while she was trying to help everybody with drinks and take drive through orders. The same guy made my wake up wrap like this

Hey Joel, your former employee here. Decided to give you some business after being scorned with a bad order months ago. Ordered a large cookie butter cold brew with extra foam. Received a full cup with a dome lid and little bit of foam because the kid didn’t understand that if there’s extra foam put less cold brew. Then the girl behind counter saw my face and offered to remake it. They used the same cup, put extra syrup and didn’t refill it with cold brew. How do I know it wasn’t cold brew…. Because the girl at the window commented to her it was supposed to be and the girl making my coffee could have cared less. I’m not even going to try this, it’s looks disgusting.
