How my order of 2 hash browns took repeating 3 times to 3 different employees will always be a mystery to me. Bathroom cleanliness was okay.
this is really the best dunkin’ in brockton ! the crew is absolutely amazing no matter what time of day you are going. everyone there is a hard respectful worker and it definitely get busy there and they handle it so well. if i could give more than 5 stars i would . having a good dunkin’s right up the street from me is the best
Walked in, had 6-7 employees working with a total of 3 customers in the restaurant. I stood at the register for almost 10 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged by any of the employees who seemed to be doing busy work around the restaurant. Sad experience. I had to get the attention of one employee and ask if they had anyone taking orders. She said “One minute” and then nothing happened. Would rate this place 0 stars if I could
Very clean, fast service & the girl working the register was a delight. Attentive, welcoming smile & got to me as soon as I got to the counter .
Such outrageous unhinged behavior exhibited by one of the Dunkin' brand employees. Situation has been forwarded to corporate ☺️
