Dunkin'

Extremely Disappointing Service I had a very upsetting experience at this Dunkin’ location. I ordered a strawberry refresher without ice because my 5-year-old has a cold. The server refused and told me they don’t sell refreshers without ice. That was already frustrating, but I decided to compromise and asked for less ice instead. When I received the drink, it was about 25% empty. When I questioned it, the server said her manager, Mr. Jeff, told her to make it that way. I was shocked and disappointed. Giving significantly less product simply because a customer asks for less ice is unacceptable. This felt petty and unprofessional. I understand policies, but the way this was handled was ridiculous. Very disappointed with the service and lack of basic customer care. What a shame.

So I walked in and Noone was waiting so I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese on crossaints with extra bacon and cheddar cheese. Rung up and waited close to 10 mins. A woman walks in about 7 mins into my wait and she placed order came over and had hers before me. Then mine came out. After hers. I got home and no extra bacon unless they call putting 3 half's of a slice of bacon on a sandwich. 1 piece and almost a half is what I really call it all cooked differently. What took so long to make mine vs the lady that came in after me. I was asked if I was waiting I said yes for 2 sandwiches I guess they make in rear but drive thru and online orders are before customers standing infront of them. I guess woman that come in later get priority as well.

I’ve come to this Dunkin’ plenty of times before, and until now I would have said the custom service was eh…the girls tend to have a bad attitude. But recently I’ve been coming and there’s a very fine man with glasses who is always very positive, always smiling and a pleasure to be around.

When pulling up to the window the worker asked “ what do you want” in a rude tone but I am not one to judge we all have our bad days, but after asking to have a drink made a certain way due to dietary needs. (This hasn’t been a problem at other locations) the worker simply told me “nah” and proceeded to snatch my credit card from my hands when I pulled up to the window to pick up my other drink.

I tend to stop here on my way to work every so often and I always speak very clearly that I want an iced caramel swirl, light with cream and no sugar. By the time I drive away, I realize that there is either sugar in my coffee or no caramel swirl. This morning I got an iced coffee which is pictured with no caramel swirl (even though the label states that it has it) dark and warm with no ice! I understand it can get chaotic in the mornings as it is busy but come on people, wake up and open your ears! This is money not well spent and I shouldn’t have to turn around and or go to another local Dunkin’ Donuts on my travels to have them fix someone else’s error. Must stop leaving tips and going here apparently.
