Not today my friends after all wasn't that busy at all look at the nasty floor perhaps the management wasn't at site . Good luck next time visit from me to you all.
Angry employees that are inconsiderate and disrespectful. If I owned the shop they would all be fired.
The staff was very rude and gave me attitude when I asked for the nurse discount because yesterday was nurse appreciation day. They did not give me the discount claiming “they weren’t participating “ They also did not take my points for my free drink and just said “it doesn’t work” never bringing their manager to help, refusing to help. She just sighed after every breath, like she’s had the most stressful day of her life… it was 9am at Dunkin, imagine being a nurse.
The muffin they gave me was days old, and they microwaved the bagel bites.
Rude employees didnt serve me.
