Dunkin'

Been going to this Dunkin for several years. They have renovated it recently. Service is good when there's just 1 person working prepare for a wait with mobile orders and customers waiting on line. Should always have 2 people in my opinion but thats up to management

If you go 10 mins before closing you probably wont be able to get anything because he cleans the machines and dont want to dirty them

The donuts are always decent. What I don’t like about some of the staff is that they are almost annoyed at you for being there. No customer service skills whatsoever.

I’m a big fan of Dunkin’ but for this particular locations I have my reservations. “Why?” You may ask. Unfortunately, it depends on who assists you. If you go in the mornings, there is a gentleman who lacks customer’s skills, who will not smile or make you feel welcome. He even gives you an attitude if hesitate too long while ordering. In the other hand, the rest of the staff is very nice and courteous. Even the lady who assists him is a sweetheart, always with a smile, and making sure that as a customer I’m happy. Another downside to this location is that this is a busy gas station. At times many cabs go in to chat and leave their cars parked at the pump for 10 to 15 minutes and you don’t have a place to pull over to pickup your order.

The worst service I have ever had in Dunkin Donuts. They should fire the person serving at 5pm. She has the worst attitude and serbice. If you cannot serve people correctly than you should not be working there. If I were the owner I would change the staff immediately. I lost almost 4 dollars. Waste of time and money.
