Dunkin'

Do you ever have donuts or munchkins? Not an isolated incident. Seriously suggest management reviews their inventory better to not run out in the early portion of the day. Customer service sucks.

This place should be shut down. Came here twice once to pick up my mobile order inside and once via drive through. Order one was not ready and the level or service was pathetic as if owner does not care to give proper training to representatives. And the latter felt like it had 10 pumps of caramel. Second mobile order I picked up from drive through. I was the only car still representative insisted that i should move on the side and she will bring my order. I declined as I was running late for a dr appointment instead she came back with a room temperature cappuccino. Basically her attitude was more like I don’t care about your food. I don’t care about how it tastes like. The management must not be paying attention!

All the DD franchises are horrible lately. The line for take out is RIDICULOUS. I waited 30 minutes trapped in line of four cars for two coffees. Left 30 minutes early to work anticipating this daily problem. If there was one closer I would go. Awful.

If I could rate this place a 0 stars, I would. Hands down the worst dunkin I have ever been to. Every single time I have waited in the drive thru for long periods of time and I’m the only car there. The employees are constantly leaving you at the speaker until you finally get impatient and decide to drive off. The young blonde girl has a horrible attitude. I kindly asked her to remake my drink and she gave it back purposely with no ice so it would be warm. She left the lemonade in it when I asked her to remake it with green tea. Every time i go she is super unfriendly and acts like waiting on you is an inconvenience to her. Was only stopping here because it’s the closest to my house but I do not recommend to anyone.

This place is under new management and they have ruined the place. For 20yrs is was a decent Dunkin, no issues. Now it's run by a tyrant who has made sure you get LESS for your money. Less bacon. Less cheese. Smaller donuts. Donuts removed from menu. Worst of all they are skimping on the sweeteners. Infact, they no longer leave sweeteners or napkins out to help yourself. Just another example of a clueless business owner who is pennywise and pound foolish. I spent $40/week there for 3 straight years. Now I spend $8/week.
