I ordered a breakfast $5 combo for the first time.It was an egg wrap with egg cheese and protein of choice.I had bacon, that was actually great and made to order the hash rounds or hash Browns were very flavorful.Well, seasoned, yet they were not even warm.It may have been because it was made first, but that will not deter me for returning. I also had the iced Macha teaon and an iced coffee and they were both great... again, I will definitely return. The staff was very kind and quick.

The manager Nae has an extremely bad attitude. I place orders using my mobile app and she told me that I cant do that anymore because it holds her up. She is ONLY interested in drive thru times. I have seen tons of people walk out of that location because of long wait times at the front counter. Why is it necessary to have 3 people in the drive thru area and barely any attention being paid to the front counter. Drive thru customers are not the only customers that want to make purchases. Mobile orders, 3rd party orders and walkin customers are just as important as drive thru customers.

There was no issues with the service, in fact the employee was very nice. The problem I have, their reward called Bees knees. From what I see it is a scam. They have an app that has so many negative reviews so I tried the website and they promise to give 50 cents off per gallon for new customers. All that is required, after employee registers the amount you pay for gas, you enter your phone number and that is supposed to trigger the rears but after paying $20 for gas they owe me $3.57.I am fighting just to get that and yes, I am going to continue until I get it. BEWARE!

The young man working the window was very polite and caring but you're a coffee and donut place out of several items. If an item is discontinued the manager goes into the system and marksbit unavailable. But then again, if you're out of multiple items its likely a failure on said managers part. Looks like the franchise owner needs a new team leader. Hard pass on using this location anytime in the near future.

Inconsistent with LTO stock and supplies latest experience they yelled at person in drive thru behind me, then was talking on cell phone while taking drive thru orders, and had to take my card twice because it "didnt go through" the first time...... coincidentally had a $0 amazon pay notification from my bank. Made the precautious decision to get a new card. hmm. anyways, corporate needs to investigate this location.
