Dunkin'

Look, it's not the most amazing place in the world. But when it's midnight and you're waiting for a delayed flight, it's perfect. All we got was coffee, but it was quick, it was good, and it filled a need. Other reviews have horror stories of the food, but our experience was totally fine.

This has been one of the worst Dunkin I have Ever been to. The bagel was nasty, not to say the hash browns were burnt and greasy. Then service was very horrible unpleasant (Leiva Larsa) was so rude, not people friendly at all. Should Not work in the public but with animals or a robot. People like her should not with Public!! DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!🚫

The customer service experience could use some improvement. While the wait time is only a few minutes, it would greatly enhance the atmosphere if employees were to smile more and adopt a friendlier demeanor. At times, they seem rushed, which can leave customers feeling overlooked rather than valued. A more welcoming approach would make a significant difference in creating a positive experience for everyone.

I ordered a toasted bagel twist with cream cheese on the side. I got my bag, opened it and it was a regular plain bagel, which was super burnt yet I paid almost $5 for this. When I went to tell the workers this isn’t what I ordered they weren’t understanding until I said it multiple times then they proceeded to tell me they don’t have bagel twist here but at the cash register they told me they did have.

This is utter garbage. I ordered plain simple coffee. It was extremely watered down and tasteless. The bacon bagel was super basic, not bad as the coffee brew. I do not recommend this place.
