⭐ Review of Dunkin’ – Alaska Airlines Terminal, Boston Logan Airport I’ve never felt compelled to write a review like this, but my recent visit to this Dunkin’ was so unbelievably bad that it actually brought back memories of other awful travel experiences and this location managed to embody every bit of that negativity. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, the service was an absolute disaster. While I was still in the middle of placing my order, the server Elizabeth (39292) literally walked away mid-sentence to go do something else. No “one moment,” no acknowledgment just turned and walked off. It was one of the most dismissive and unprofessional interactions I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ or any airport food service location. Very convenient!! Easy and fast. I had my favourite drink which was great as usual. I had an English muffing as well. The guys working there were nice. They open pretty early. It was 4:00 am unfortunately they didn’t have donuts 🍩 at that time.

I’ve had Dunkin’ hashbrowns several time in my life, and they’re usually burned. For 8 PM at Logan airport, these were better than any other, which means they’re perfect. Excellent job guys!

I ordered a chicken warp here. It feels warm but half of it is totally frozen which is gross. So I go back and let them know. The woman who works there just gave me a new one without even say sorry. The new one still frozen inside. I suspect there’s something going on with their oven but the attitude is so bad🥺

Customer service really needs improvement here. Cashier seemed super annoyed to be there. I ordered 2 donuts and a coffee and it really appeared to be a great inconvenience to her that I was purchasing something. She mumbled through the whole transaction and seemed to only be asking me, "What else?" Ugh. The person that made and handed me the coffee at least looked me in the face and smiled!
