The ladies in the morning drive thru are very friendly and easy to converse with. My orders were always correct. I did get the bagel everything bites that were hot on the outside and cold on the inside. My lattes were great. Prices are good. Speed of service was good. Definitely enjoyed using the drive thru.
Got my order worng and argued with me that is was right. I can tell the difference between pork and turkey sausage and a croissant and english muffin. My receipt had what I ordered. GOOD COFFEE
There was only one person working the cashier that I could see, but they were courteous and served every patron quickly. The food quality was ok at best, but I was hungry and I needed some food. Overall it's not the worst thing in the airport and if the lines are short, you can get served quickly.
I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, I was met with attitude rather than a greeting. When I asked a simple question about the menu, the employee responded in a dismissive and impatient tone, as if I was bothering them. Instead of providing good customer service, they seemed more interested in chatting with each other and rushing through orders without any courtesy. No eye contact, no “please” or “thank you,” and certainly no attempt to make the customer feel welcome. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but this seemed more like a pattern of poor behavior even with my kids . If management cares about keeping customers, they should really address how the staff treats people
Waited 40 minutes in line to get a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant..... that ended up being in a bagel. Not for lack of croissants (the boyfriend still got a croissant). Food not cooked long enough and the bagel replacement I got wasn't even toasted. Recommendation is to look elsewhere if you're hungry at terminal C.
