Customer Reviews
Today me and my girlfriend went to the boiling springs dunkin at around 2:40ish pm and were treated pretty rudely after our order was taken. We ordered a cookie butter latte (w/almond milk), a toasted white chocolate iced caramel latte, a sausage egg n cheese, and two chocolate glazed donuts. The order was nearly completely wrong, the only thing that was correct was the toasted white chocolate iced caramel latte. The cookie butter latte was watered down with milk and almond milk. The donuts were the second thing to come out, both donuts being wrong (chocolate donuts with chocolate icing and not normal donuts with chocolate icing). We sat there and checked after they handed it to us and heard them loud and clear mocking us checking our order behind the glass window. We smiled and laughed aw
This visit was great! The coffees ordered were made correctly and tasted good. Employees were friendly. Glad we gave this location another chance. 🎉
This was our first time going since this location opened. Will not be going back. The employees genuinely seemed confused with no idea what they were doing. Upon walking in, an employee brought us a ticket talking about some purchase we had no idea about. Then she brought us a box of munchkins and sat it down in front of us on the counter and walked off. We couldn’t figure out if these were for us, seeing as how we hadn’t ordered yet? Were they free? Then I looked and saw the name, and told her those munchkins weren’t ours. They in fact belonged to the girl waiting in front of us. Most of the donuts in the display case were not labeled, so we didn’t know what kind they were. They looked dry and crusty, and some of them were torn in to chunks and just sitting in the basket. The elderly lady
I visited this Dunkin’ a little after opening this morning and had a great experience. Since the store is still relatively new, I know there can be some kinks to work out, but I ignored the negative reiews and my visit couldn’t have gone better. The two staff members working were super friendly and welcoming, and my order was made quickly. The store itself was very clean, and my latte and donuts were fresh and tasted amazing. The only small hiccup was that the drive-thru was temporarily blocked by what appeared to be a truck, so I wasn’t able to use it. Honestly though, it wasn’t a big deal at all — after ordering donuts, I probably needed the walk inside anyway! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be back. Looking forward to watching this location continue to gr
Two times this week (Thursday and today) I went to get a cookie butter latte and they were out of espresso beans and couldn’t make any lattes. Today, I was given a cookie butter cold brew in place of a latte which would’ve been fine, except there was no cookie butter syrup in the cold brew…even though I asked for extra. It was just plain, unflavored, watered down cold brew. The line also takes a really long time and there’s no way to get out of line even when they don’t have what you came for. I understand this place is new and they’re trying to get things figured out, but they need get some people in charge over there from other locations that can help this place run more smoothly starting off. I will say when they can make lattes, they are really good.
