Dunkin'

The workers ignored us and when they finally took our order there were multiple mistakes and the drinks were poorly made. They need to have more than 2 workers on.

Their coffee tastes like hot water and I always order extra extra. I recommend going across the street to the Dunkins across from McDonald's their coffee actually tastes like coffee. This place has seriously watered down coffee and you would think with extra extra it would at least taste like sugar or cream but nope not even that just colored hot water.

Excessive wait time. Rude, disrespectful staff. More than once we had to leave due to an unacceptable, unjustifiable, and unexcusable 25 minute wait-time, where we were told "we can't make any food at this time". Both times, this happened on regular peak hours, way before closing-time, when there shouldn't be any excuse for a high-demand restaurant to not have "any food" available for its customers. I've worked in restaurants for years, and I have never witnessed such carelessness, and such a lack of respect, and pride towards customer service. I've worked in way-busier businesses than this, and I never turned away a customer for lack of food, with any excuses of cleaning equipment, or any other invalid reasoning. Went this past Monday, 2-12-24, with my mom . The Red Velvet Donuts were really good. We also got the Heart ❤️ Shaped Donuts wish they had a little more filling. I ordered a Pink Velvet Medium Iced Coffee and used the DD app, which brought the Pink Velvet Medium Iced Coffee to $2 and change. It didn't taste like when it originally came out a few years, the Pink Velvet Iced Coffee. And didn't look the same. Before it tasted far superior. This one looked like someone put some " Pink Dye " in the drink. Didn't have much flavor. I'm very disappointed 😞. Was looking forward to it. The service was quick. The customer service was ok.

Order three 3 medium refreshers Mango, pineapple 2 with green tea and with 1 lemonade. She gave me 3 small ones and instead of making them over she added ice. So all 3 taste water down and she charged extra $1. To spend $23.18 on a coffee, donut, croissant stuffers and three refresher it really upsetting.
