Dunkin'

Great staff idk where these rude reviews come from! I go into that store every day never had a problem! Always greeted with warmth and a friendly morning staff. I read a comment about a mask yo good if shes wearing a mask shes protesting you from her germs. A lot on these reviews are from bitter people because I never had an issue. I highly recommend this location 👌🏽

I went into this store on Wednesday 12/17 to pickup a coffee I had ordered through the app. Just as I was getting into my card the lid fell off the coffee, it apparently wasn't fully "clicked" on. The burning hot coffee spilled all over my leg. It scolded my leg so badly it turned red. It also spilled all over the interior of my car. I went back inside to let someone know but I waited over 10 minutes to get someone's attention because they were all either working the drive-thru or filling online orders. When someone finally did come over to help me I explain what happened and was told "once you leave the store it's not our responsibility and then she walked away. I called her back over and asked for a managed and was told the manager was not in and she didn't know when they would b

Great staff! Great people! Idk what have these 1 star reviews are but that is incorrect I go ever morning! The moring crew is awesome! I always leave laughing with them!

My coffee always turns out well but beware if you made any food customization especially with the app. They always always always get it wrong and I have to wait for them to remake my order even though the point of ordering over the app is

Rude staff that never acknowledges you. There was a woman who was clearly strung out on the steps, and her “supplier” was with her. They did not purchase anything but rather was using Dunkin’ to charge their phone. Not one word was said to them, children were close by riding their bikes. And the staff? They do not care lol they just let it all go down. Also, the wrap around drive thru was not a smart idea, as you will get trapped in the parking lot if there is a long line(which there usually always is) They should’ve left this Dunkin where it was 🤦🏼‍♀️
