I have given this location several chances, and unfortunately the experience inside the store continues to be disappointing. The drive through is usually manageable, but when ordering inside, the service is consistently underwhelming. Orders are frequently incorrect, and we often have to repeat them multiple times. The Nitro Coffee is regularly served with excessive foam, sometimes close to eighty percent foam, with little attention to quality or presentation. What concerns me most is the overall lack of professionalism. On a recent visit, a mop bucket was emptied near the entrance where customers walk, leaving dirty water across the walkway. That alone reflects a lack of awareness and care. It feels like some employees do not take their roles seriously. There seems to be minimal attent

Sat in line for over 20 minutes. Finally was able to order. I asked for a dozen donuts. Half glazed, and half chocolate sprinkles. $20 later and it's a complete mix dozen and not a single donut my kids will eat. This location is ALWAYS slow, and never gets the orders correct.

They screw up pur order every time we go. We pick our donuts and its not what we get. Its not even a once in a while, my family goes every Saturday and every week its messed up. Today....a sour cream donut when we asked for blueberry glazed in our dozen. If its out then ASK!!!

Today, Saturday 3/8, I ordered a Medium Hot Machiatto with french vanilla ( basic). Also ordered a few donuts. My hot drink didn't have its usual taste. So I opened my cup and noticed what I was tasting was the green matcha in my Macchiato. My cup wasn't even filled to the top.I had already driven away ,so at this point, I'm just disappointed. Staff, please be careful. It wasn't even busy on this day, but the store was closing at 1 pm. With prices going up everywhere, please make sure your customers are getting what they paid for.

Drive-thru orders take way too long. Not sure what the issue is , but I dont believe this coffe shop has enough people or a functional system to handle drive-thru.
