Dunkin'

As much as I prefer to never leave a poor review, unfortunately, this Dunkin earned it. I have no idea if there was a staffing issue or what, but I placed a drive-thru order online and went to pick it up 5 minutes later. The drive-thru line was just about to the street and not moving. Cars started to get frustrated and leave the line in front of me so I was able to move up, but the the line itself was not moving. I eventually got to the front and picked up my order. Unfortunately that was almost 40 minutes later, 30 of which was me sitting in the Drive-Thru line not moving. Once I got my order, there was no apology for the wait, and when I went to take a sip of my coffee, it clearly was 40 minutes old and lukewarm at best. They need to learn how to staff and what to do if they are short staffed We were in the drive thru line for 40 minutes and could not get out That is unacceptable under any circumstances Shut it down if you can serve people in something that resembles a reasonable time. Stop serving difficult things for a while- anything- or just shut it down until your staff arrives. Unbelievable

Go to Wawa next door! Terrible service, unclean tables. Went into the store instead of drive through. Ordered the 6$ meal deal. 6 people behind the counter, only 2 seemed to be working. Received my coffee right away. But....Waited 25 minutes at the pickup counter for my sandwich and tater tots. My coffee was now cold! Food was only luke warm. Tater tots cold and not good tasting. I threw them out!

Yesterday was told no manager in drive thru. Today the slowest in drive thru. These people move at a snails pace and always look confused like the don’t have a place for there shift like you cook, you front you drive thru. One to make coffees. Like absolutely ridiculous. I get better service at harvest ln and pocono pines gas station.

Monday, late morning. Ordered on app. Fast service. Dirty counters, not good to hang-out in.
