Dunkin'

Worst experience ever and worst Dunkin i've been to. The service there its miserable seems the workers don't want to be there no please no thank you no sorry they look at you like you're the problem ordered grilled sandwiches cheese not melted bread cold went back for them to fix and the guy looked at me like I was bothering him to remake my sandwiches and the remaids were worst then the first ones ordered also a iced coffee I said light ice and no ice at all end up throwing them away and go to a different Dunkin. Management need to reconsider there employees. And there customer service.

I come to this dunkin every morning they always greet you with a good morning all the time best way to start someone’s day! Best customer service! Lady’s in drive thru are so sweet if they run out of something they always recommended something else! Keep up the good work this is why I come here every morning! ❤️

I usually have a good experience when going to this location but I received 2 wraps that had black/greenish eggs. I am 8 months pregnant so obviously not willing to eat anything suspicious. Customer service said the store would reach out in 24 hours & they never did, nor did customer service ever answer again. They obviously saw the egg was bad when putting it into the wrap and simply didn’t care.

If I can give a negative star I would. I come here often and the people that works there always seems to have some type of attitude with you for no reason. So today I make a mobile order and when I got my coffee it was not hot just like I got a coffee the night before and it was not hot. So this morning when I got my coffee I asked for the to reheat my coffee because obviously it was cold. The guys tells it is hot, I'm like it's not. So he caught an attitude and heated my coffee up when he gave it to me I didn't realize he did not put the lid on it all the way. So I pull off the drive way and went to drink my coffee and it spilled half of my coffee on my shirt. I go back around to tell them about this situation and all they did was laugh. I told him I need a new coffee. He gives me a coffe

I would give zero stars if I could. I went to Dunkin Donuts today and got a strawberry lemonade refresher only to find there’s some type of centipede floating in my drink. I will NEVER return to this location ever again.
