This place is ridiculous. Everytime i order an ice cappuccino it’s always wrong ! Or half full I just receive my order and it’s a cup of blended ice! (This is the only one closest to me) the workers are always rude and dismissive when you tell them your order is wrong like it’s MY fault YOU have to do your job smfh

I am very upset with BJ"s. I'm a loyal Costco member but I joined BJ's because it gave me access to items that Costco didn't have. I was very pleased because as a first responder they gave a substantial discount. Everything went wrong after the first year when they charged my Mastercard without my permission and at the full membership rate. Went to customer service with very disappointing results. I'll never go back!

Usually don't issues with this place, but when they don't have items they don't call or refund and ordering takes a long time

Incredibly rude, ignored me asking for no ice, dumped some ice and refilled with iced coffee for my $9 coffee. This woman Lola took over 20 minutes to remedy the error and customers are laughing. Not appropriate, make me the coffee I paid for, I thank you, I leave. If there’s a mistake, we discuss it like adults - not whatever this was

Ordered a dozen donuts and none of them were fresh. Some of them looked smushed. They didn’t have enough glazed donuts and the line was long. Disappointing, I was looking forward to having a DD in the area but will not be returning.
